职位需求
Job Objective:
Provide technical expertise for programs in an individual contributor role, inventing, developing and supporting the commercialisation of new products, packages, or processes, which deliver sustainable competitive advantages for growth and/or brand value.
Key Results Area:
1.Deliver key projects and provide technical expertise and leadership to other projects and programs, developing new products, processes and/or packages from ideation to commercialisation.
2.Help develop technical excellence at the new Shanghai Technology (R&D) Center via leading, mentoring and developing junior engineers and scientists.
3.Work closely with Global R&D, Universities, Suppliers, Engineering and Manufacturing to identify or invent new technologies that can deliver a sustainable competitive advantage.
Job Requirement:
Technical Skills: Must have strong technical skills in Product, Process and/or Packaging development.
Project Management Skills: Skills to manage and deliver projects to a deadline required.
Knowledge & Experience
5 to 8 years experience from BS, or 3-7 years experience from MS, or 2-5 years from PhD; preferably, but not exclusively in the Food, Beverage or Consumer Products industry.
Education & Professional Qualification
BS, MS or PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Language Requirements
Fluency in spoken and written English required
